Phase I Environmental Assessments

Phase I Environmental Assessments

Phase I Environmental Assessments are conducted by our Agrologist, primarily to fulfil the due diligence requirements necessary for the purpose of lending when it comes to commercial properties.

Contamination on the property, as well as any other factors that may limit the buyers interest are disclosed during the assessment.

The assessment consists of a site visit, photographs, documentation of findings, a review of historical government documents, as well as interviewing landowners to gather sufficient information, so that the client and lender can make a sound informed decision regarding the property.

All findings are documented in a formal report and testing procedures are in compliance with CSA Standard Z768-01 (R2012).
